
Raipur. Chhattisgarh: Rahul Sahu, an 11-year-old boy who accidentally fell inside a borewell in Champa Janjgir district of Chhattisgarh 5 days ago, has finally been pulled out of the borewell safely after a rescue operation of 105 hours.
At around 12:00 pm, Rahul was taken out of the borewell, after which he was immediately sent to Apollo Hospital Bilaspur through the Green Corridor. His condition is said to be out of concern. Doctors said that he is doing normal activities and will recover soon. As a precautionary measure, he will be kept in the hospital for 24 hours.

When Rahul was brought out of the borewell through the tunnel, he was lying on a stretcher and was wearing an oxygen mask. The team of Army and NDRF personnel carried out this difficult save operation. While giving, Rahul has been pulled out alive from a 60 feet deep borewell.
To carry out this difficult operation positively, NDRF and Army personnel were continuously engaged on the spot. Along with this, the staff of the district administration, including the Collector and the SP, were continuously engaged in this work. The place where this incident took place is a very rocky area and during the digging of the pit to a depth of 60 feet as well as during the tunneling work, many stone rocks kept coming in between, due to which this rescue operation went on for a long time.

Let us tell you that on Friday, this child accidentally fell in the borewell and got stuck at a depth of 60 feet. After getting information about this incident, the entire administrative staff got alert and then with the help of Sena and NDRF team it was decided to run a big operation through which Rahul could be saved. To reach the depth of 60 feet of the borewell, a 60 feet deep pit was dug from the side of the borewell and then a tunnel of about 15 meters was made to reach near the borewell. After this, after cutting this pipe, Rahul was taken out from there.
When Rahul returned to earth after spending 105 hours in Hades, a crowd of people were present at the spot to see him. Thousands of people from nearby villages were continuously gathering till late night at the rescue site. As soon as Rahul was taken out of the stretcher and people saw his eyes wide open, everyone felt great relief and happiness. The prayers from the hearts of the people helped a lot in saving Rahul.
During the rescue operation, the NDRF team personnel continued to encourage Rahul. He would constantly deliver food and drink through the borewell pipe and talk to him so that he would be motivated and he would be fully active.
On the success of Chhattisgarh’s longest rescue operation, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has congratulated the team of NDRF and Army personnel through social media, and also wished Rahul for a bright future.
