
New Delhi. Kashmiri separatist terrorist and terror funding accused Yasin Malik has been sentenced to life imprisonment by the Patiala House Court. Yasin Malik is lodged in Tihar Jail since the year 2019. While he was being sentenced, he was calm and held in his hand a file attached to his record.
Judge Praveen Singh in Patiala House Court against once synonymous with terror in Jammu and Kashmir, separatist leader and terrorist Yasin Malik, sentenced him to life imprisonment in view of the serious criminal acts committed by him.

Terror funding accused Yasin Malik had earlier accepted his crime in the court. He faces serious charges like section 20, section 124A sedition, section 16 of UAPA for terrorist activity, 17 for funding terrorist activity, 18 for conspiracy to terror and running a terrorist organization under 20. Out of these, his offense under section 124A has not been proved in the court yet.
Lawyers in the NIA court had demanded capital punishment for Yasin Malik, but in view of all the evidence and witnesses, he was sentenced to the maximum sentence of life imprisonment. as well as that
A fine of 100000 will also have to be paid.
Yasin Malik was doing terror funding work in Jammu and Kashmir on the behest of Pakistan for a long time. Apart from the brutal murder of two officers of the force, he has also been involved in many murders. Yasin Malik had a big hand in the fire started against Kashmiri Pandits.
