It was from here that the real change took place in her life and she has been fulfilling the responsibility of female mate in the village continuously for the last 10 years. Due to her dedication and dedication towards her work, the workers and villagers of Mahatma Gandhi NREGA have started calling her by the name of Engineer Didi and now this has become her identity.
Smt. Pulojma is a resident of Baloda development block, Junadih, village panchayat of Khairwar district. She belongs to Scheduled Tribe category.

Constantly battling with these problems, one day he came to know through the village employment assistant Mr. Mahendra Kumar Chausle that there is a need of mate in the works of Mahatma Gandhi NREGA. In such a situation, Mrs. Pulojma’s studies till class XII came in handy and she got the job of mate from the panchayat on 11 October 2011.

At the same time, in the current financial year 2021-22, employment of 10 thousand 460 man-days has been earned by 465 women so far.
