Mumbai. Sharma ji Namkeen: The first poster of late actor Rishi Kapoor’s last film ‘Sharmaji Namkeen’ has been released. This poster of the film was released on Rishi Kapoor’s 69th birth anniversary. ‘Sharmaji Namkeen’ is produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s Excel Entertainment in association with film producers Honey Trehan and Abhishek Chaubey’s MacGuffin Pictures. Only Rishi is seen in the poster and seeing his face and look, no one will get emotional after remembering him.
He died on 30 April 2020 at the age of 67 after battling blood cancer for two years. Farhan Akhtar shared the poster of the film on Instagram. In this poster, Rishi Kapoor is wearing glasses in his eyes, wearing a sweater and muffler and he has a suitcase in one hand. The story of the film revolves around a beloved man of 60 years of age. It is produced by Excel Entertainment and McGuffin Pictures. The film is directed by new director Hitesh Bhatia.
