He tweeted, “Just listen to it now.” In fact, while hearing the case in Bilaspur High Court, the court of Judge NK Chandravanshi acquitted a married man of rape with his own wife. At the same time, the court had given this comment. The court had said that in any marital relationship, if the wife is over 18 years of age, having physical relation against her will cannot be rape.
