
Baikunthpur. Parliamentary Secretary and Baikunthpur MLA Ambika Singhdeo has condemned the misbehavior and scuffle with women MPs of Congress in Parliament.
Condemning the scuffle and misbehavior by the male marshals of Parliament with Chhaya Verma and Phoolodevi Netam, the women MPs of Chhattisgarh in the biggest temple of democracy, Parliamentary Secretary Ambika Singhdeo said that for opposing the wrong policies of the Central Government. Women MPs are being thrashed. Women members are being insulted in the biggest temple of democracy. Women MPs are not safe. It is an insult to Parliament and democracy.
The attack on women MPs is an attack on democracy. Smt. Singhdeo said that when the Central Government is insulting women MPs in Parliament, then what will be their attitude towards the common woman. Describing the Center as anti-people and anti-women, the Parliamentary Secretary said that by misbehaving and pushing women MPs, it has been shown what the government’s thinking is towards women.
The way women MPs have been attacked. It’s painful. This is an attack on democracy. It is worth mentioning that Congress women members Chhaya Verma and Phoolo Devi Netam have alleged that male marshals manhandled them when they were protesting against the government by reaching near the plinth.
Parliamentary Secretary Ambika Singhdeo said that the Modi government at the Center has tried to suppress the voice of the common people. Women MPs are being prevented from speaking in Parliament, they are being pushed. Smt. Singhdeo said that in a country where women were given the status of a goddess, in that country, along with women’s power, misbehavior in the biggest temple of democracy is the murder of democracy.
