Raipur. Chhattisgarh: Good Governance: In the recently released Ease of Living Index 2020 by the Center for Science and Environment, Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh, has got a place in important positions at two different levels. In the survey of good governance in the capital of the states across the country, the capital Raipur has been ranked second. In this list, Madhya Pradesh’s capital Bhopal is at the first position and the country’s capital Delhi is at the fourth position, while in the second report of Ease of Living, Raipur is at the eighth position among the top 10 liveable capitals of the country.

To determine the score on the Ease of Living Index, four parameters are used in cities. These include quality of life, economic potential, sustainability and civic perception. In this composite index, 6 major capitals of the country including Raipur are below the average of fixed points in terms of economic potential.
For this reason, the quality of life of the citizens is also affected. With the addition of improvements at this level, the category of Raipur can be further improved in future. Along with this, the efforts being made by the government for good governance are also very important.
