
Raipur : Chhattisgarh : Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel while addressing the people of the state regarding the present condition of corona infection in the state said that we still need to be vigilant and take precautions to prevent Covid. The Chief Minister has said that the outbreak of the second wave of corona infection has just subsided. The pace of infection has decreased, but it is not completely eradicated. We all have to take good care and not leave Corona Appropriate Behavior, but adopt it in our daily lives till Covid is completely over.
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has said that at present, precaution and vaccine are the only weapons of protection against corona. There is no danger in getting vaccinated, rather it will save us from future danger. Addressing the citizens of the state, he said that this is the time to be most careful. He appealed to all eligible people to get a vaccinated for protection against Covid. Baghel thanked the citizens, public representatives, officials-employees, social organizations, voluntary organizations and media for their help in controlling the corona infection.
Chief Minister Baghel said in his message that – for the last one and a half months, we are all facing the challenge of the second wave of Corona. This fight against Covid infection was tough, but we all fought this battle with full responsibility.The difficult times of this battle have now passed and the state of Covid infection is now under great control in our state. He said that at one time the number of infections in our state had reached 17 thousand, which has now come down to about four thousand. The rate of positivity has also come down to around 5 percent.The state government is fully prepared to meet any challenge of Corona.We have mobilized all the necessary resources to deal with it.
The Chief Minister said that a lot of people had to work hard day and night to bring the Covid infection under control. Our doctors, our health workers, our nurses, Mitanin sisters, officers-employees of the district administration, police administration and Women and Child Development Department, officers and employees of urban bodies and Panchayati Raj Institutions, all public representatives, sanitation worker brothers and sisters, voluntary organizations and the contribution of Public Relations Department officials and friends of the media who have been instrumental in providing the right information to the public is commendable.
CM Baghel has appealed to the citizens of the state that it is time to bear their responsibilities by being vigilant. We are slowly coming out of the lockdown position and returning to normal functioning as before. This is the time to be most cautious. At this time, we do not have to be careless at all. We have to take full care of our own, our family’s and our state’s residents. He said that we have to step out of the house only when necessary, while going out of the house,while going towards office, market, factory and farm keep complete safety and caution . Always wear a mask while stepping out of the house and keep a certain distance from people. Keep hands clean with frequent use of soap or a sanitizer.
The Chief Minister motivated people to get vaccinated and said that vaccination is the only support to protect ourselves and our families from Corona and future problems. We all have to get vaccinated. People in our cities and villages are getting vaccinated with great enthusiasm. The sooner we get vaccinated, the sooner we will secure our future. In some villages, people have fear or apprehension about the vaccine. He said that I assure you all as your Chief Minister that there is no danger in getting vaccinated but it will save you from future danger. Vaccine is the only weapon we have at the moment for protection against corona. I got myself vaccinated and now I feel more safe. You should soon go to the nearest vaccination center and get vaccinated. Chief Minister assured the people that with the cooperation of all the people, we will definitely win this battle.
